Can I check the status of my order?

We will send you the tracking number to your email so that you can easily track your order on FedEx website.

Here’s what to do next:

·  You will receive the tracking number within 2 business days.

·  Once you get the email, go to fedex.com, enter the tracking number, and you’ll be able to view the latest status updates provided by FedEx.

What if I don't know how to install？

The installation is not publicly available on any of our website directly. However, once you receive the product, we will offer you the detailed digital version via email. The file can be blocked and placed in the spam folder, please check care fully. Please note that all of our products are heavy-duty, some items may need multiple people to assist with installation. For further guidance, please feel free to reach us at bcoffroadcs@outlook.com. 

What is your return policy?

Returns are now not available. We are working hard to improve the service.

We currently support PayPal for payment only. Before paying for your bill, please ensure your personal information is complete and the amount is correct.
